When can I log running? Is it when I jog the whole time or is it when I jog more than half the time? Or do people log it as running when they jog & walk intermittently a certain distance? Sometimes I just want to go & not worry about timing the intervals & keeping track of how many etc. Sometimes I just want to have a distance & do it based on when I feel like running/jogging. Would that be logged as running (total time, distance, avg hr, & then make a note of walking)?
