- doing this for Athena quest….my weights at home feel so much heavier than the 135# bar (2 45# plates) at the gym

- don’t know how much that bar is…2-45# plates, so I’m saying 25# for the bar, but I think it was heavier than that (not as long as a regular bar) I messed this up and got 3 quests that I didn’t deserve for dumbbell benching. I would be a beast if I could bench 230#
