    • working on form. Donna stopped me and introduced herself as I was leaving. She said she had been coming for 3 months and could tell that I lost a lot. I’ve only lost 5# in the last 3 months, so that was very encouraging! Kinda made up for the crappy workout :p

    • doing this for Athena quest….my weights at home feel so much heavier than the 135# bar (2 45# plates) at the gym

    • don’t know how much that bar is…2-45# plates, so I’m saying 25# for the bar, but I think it was heavier than that (not as long as a regular bar) I messed this up and got 3 quests that I didn’t deserve for dumbbell benching. I would be a beast if I could bench 230#
